1 Red pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Green pepper
6 Tomatoes (Roma)
Cilantro (half a bunch)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Jalapeno pepper (optional)

Directions:

Chop everything very small
Cut cilantro finely
Add salt (if desired)
Add cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy)
Add chopped jalapeno pepper (for extra spicy)

Eat fresh!
