Bottom Layer:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
6 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg

Filling:
4 eggs, well beaten
1 large can (29 oz) solid pack pumpkin
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 small can (5.3 oz) evaporated milk

Topping:
1 cup reserved cake mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Bottom Layer: Reserve 1 cup of cake mix, set aside Into remaining cake mix add 6 tbsp melted butter and 1 egg. Mix well and pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Blend the filling ingredients and pour over cake mixture in pan. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin and bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
