1 1/2 lb. ground beef
7 oz. canned diced tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 flour tortillas (10"), cut into 2" strips
1 envelope taco seasoning
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven over medium heat, brown meat and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon about 2 cups into 9x13 baking pan. top with a single layer of tortilla strips. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers two more times, ending with tortillas. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
