2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

TOPPING:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bisquick
1/4 cup butter softened
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease square pan. In large bowl combine bisquick, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla; beat on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. Sprinkle chips over batter in pan. Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips. Sprinkle Topping evenly over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
