1 stick Butter,
2 cups Milk,
1 cup Flour,
1 box ea Instant Vanilla & Chocolate Pudding,
1 cup Pecans (chopped),
1 cup Powdered sugar,
1 Pk Cream Cheese (softened),
1 9oz Cool Whip,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, pat in 9x13 baking dish,
bake 20-30 min at 350. Let cool. Blend softened cheese, sugar & 1 cup cool whip. Spread over cooled baked crust. Mix both puddings with 2 cups
of milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Can sprinkle chopped nuts, or grated choclate on top. (Can be made ahead & frozen.)
