1 1/2 lbs. catfish fillets
1/2 tsp. cilantro finely chopped
1 garlic clove minced
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. red bell pepper finely chopped
12 Sm. fresh corn tortillas ( fried or baked you choice )
lettuce
tomatoes
chopped onions
hot sauce
cheese

Wash and dry fillets. Lay on baking sheet. mix cilantro, garlic, lime ,juice, and red bell pepper. with spoon and using all of marinade pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 350º
