2 tbsp. oil
1 roast
1 Lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. granulated beef bullion ( or 2 crushed cubes )
1 Lg. Tomato
Water
2 Tbsp. flour mixed with 3 Tbsp. Water

Directions:
Directions:
In large soup pan/pot heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Fry slightly. Add roast. Brown on one side then flip. While browning on opposite side sprinkle half bullion. Flip again sprinkle remaining bullion. Flip one more time adding tomato. Cook down until tomato is slightly mushy. Add water to cover roast. Best slowed cooked for 5 hours on low heat. Turn up and cook down juices. Remove roast add flour mix for gravy. Serve
