1/2 lrg Onion 1 C. Sour Cream
1 1/2 tsp. Butter 1/2 C. milk
4 C. Cooked Chicken, chopped 1/2 C. Pimiento, chopped
1-10 3/4 oz. can Cream of 1 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese Chicken Soup 6 frozen Biscuits, thawed

Directions:
Chop onion, saute in butter over medium heat until tender. Combine onion, chicken, soup, sour cream, milk and pimiento in medium bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into 11"x7" greased baking dish. Bake for 15 min. remove from oven. Sprinkle baked layer with 3/4 C. of the cheddar cheese. Arrange biscuits in single layer over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º until biscuits are golden brown and sauce is bubbly-approx. 20 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
