1 lb. macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbl. olive oil
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and hcopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 - 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 c. chicken broth
3 tbl. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl. ground cumin
2 tbl. chili powder

Cook pasta according to directions.

Heat a medium soup pot over medium high heat. Add the oil and the jalapenos, green pepper, onion, celery and garlic, and saute for 5 minutes. Add all of the tomatoes and stock and bring to a bubble. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir in the cilantro.

In a frying pan, cook the hamburger, and break it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks, add the hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, cumin, chili and salt and pepper.

Stir the pasta and the hamburger mixture into the tomato mixture, simmer everything for 15 minutes and serve with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
