1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. onion flakes
2 c. scallops
1-1/2 c. lobster or crab meat, diced
1 tbl. parsley
2 tbl. margerine
1 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and cayenne. Add milk. Stir and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, cheese and onion - stir to melt cheese

In another saucepan, cover scallops with water, bring to boil, boil 5 minutes - drain and add to sauce.

Add lobster or crab - add parsley - stir together - spoon into individual shells or large casserole.

In a small saucepan melt butter - stir in crumbs - cover casserole or shells with buttered crumbs - heat at 350º until browned and bubbly.
