For pastry:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. margerine
1 to 1-1/2 c. flour

For filling:
2 - 12 oz. cans deviled ham
medium onion, diced

Cream together with cream cheese and margarine and cut in the flour - mix well and roll into a ball - then roll into 24 small balls - press each ball into a small muffin cup - push up the sides (this forms a small cup) -

For the filling:

MIx the ham, onion swiss cheese together - beat the eggs and milk together - add the nutmeg and pepper - pour the liquid mixture over the ham mixture -

Pour a tbl. of this into each muffin cup - (should be about 2/3 full)

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes - reduce temperature to 350 and bake 10 minutes longer until filling is brown and puffy.
