2 lbs. top sirloin, cubed
1/4 c. flour
salt
pepper
1 onion, diced
3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. beef stock
1T. Worcestershire sauce
1T. dill
8 oz. non fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef and flour in a ziploc bag and toss until meat is covered with flour. Saute, in olive oil, in a large frying pan with onions. After meat is cooked, add mushrooms, red wine, stock, Worcestershire,
and dill. Cook until most of liquid is gone. Turn off heat and add sour cream.

Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
