1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 can ( 8 1/2 ox.) cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. corn meal muffin mix
2 tsp. baking powder
1 jar ( 2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper in butter until tender. Combine with corn, sour cream, eggs and oil, mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into 10-inch cast iron skillet or a deep dish pie pan that is greased.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Cool slightly before cutting into wedges to serve.
