1 box of Uncle Ben's Wild Rice (Original Recipe)
1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can of kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can of pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 bunch of green onions (green parts only, chopped)
1 Tbs of ground cumin
1 16oz bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing

Directions:
Marke rice according to the directions. Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT for the dressing. Mix thoroughly but gently. Pour about 3/4 of the bottle of dressing onto the salad and mix again. Chill for several hours. If it seems to dry, you can add more dressing.
