1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups graham crackers
2 eggs
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3/4 cup softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple-well drained
4 sliced bananas (about 3 cups)
1 - 8 - 9 oz. container Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
(1 - 4 oz. jar maraschino cherries if desired)
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup.

Directions:

Combine melted butter & cracker crumbs.
Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs until light
(about 4 minutes). Add powdered sugar, softened butter and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Spread over
crumbs. Chill 30 minutes. Spread pineapple over
creamed mixture- arrange bananas over pineapple.
Cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle with pecans.
Cover - refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Garnish
with cherries and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
and serve.
