Pork Chops
Potatoes
Jar or can of sauerkraut
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Directions:
Brown pork chops in a skillet on the stove top and place them in a crock pot. Peel and cut russet potatoes into 1-2 inch chunks. Add a can or jar of sauerkraut (the amount just depends on how many you're feeding. It can all be adjusted. I like to add 1/2 cup of white wine, but it isn't necessary. A teaspoon of caraway seeds is also good, if you have them.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours-or until you're ready to eat. A tasty surprise that's so easy and convenient.

Personal Notes:
My husband was sure that he didn't like sauerkraut-until he tried this recipe. Now he asks for it! And it couldn't be easier.
