22 Saltine Crackers
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dried onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 - 17 oz. can cream corn
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put crackers in plastic bag and crush crackers.
2. In casserole dish beat egg, milk, onion, salt and
pepper. Measure 2/3 cup crackers and add to
milk mixture. Add corn and stir. Put balance of
cracker crumbs in a small bowl.
3. Melt butter - pour over crumbs in small bowl and
mix well. Sprinkle crumbs over top of corn mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1- 1 1/2 hrs.
