1 (2lb) bag frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions (if desired)
1 can cream of celery soup (8 oz. can)
1 can cream of potato soup (8 oz. can)
1 (10 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in a 9 x 13 casserole dish - top with
onions and cheese.

Combine soups and sour cream and pour over the
potatoes.

Season with salt & pepper.

Cut butter into squares and top everything with
squares.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for
1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Take foil off the last 1/2 hour.
