3 lbs Hamburger
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Watered down Catsup
3 Tbsp Mustard
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Basil
1-1/2 Tbsp Pickle Relish
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 box of Soda Crackers finely crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hands and form into loaf. Line 9 x 11 inch cake pan with enough foil to close up around meat loaf with out touching it. Lay 3 slices of cheese across the loaf then cover the
top completely with bacon about 4-6 slices. Bake at 350° for about 1-1/2 hour or until the meat is done. For the last 1/2 hour, open up foil to cook bacon.
*Please note these measurements are pproximate because Grandpa just throws everything in
