6 cups peeled and sliced apples
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup margarine
1 double pie crust
6 oz. can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate (Undiluted)
cinnamon or apple pie spice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice concentrate. Combine with apples, salt and spice. Simmer together until thickened. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with margarine and add top crust. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Eat plain or serve with whipped cream.
