8 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 cups Crisco
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 1/2 cups instant pwd. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Blend will. Cut in Crisco until evenly distributed. Mixture will resemble corn meal texture. Put into air-tight container. Store in cool place. Keeps 10-12 weeks.
For 2 Single Crusts---
Mix 2 cups quick mix and 1/2 cup water or milk.
