2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup melted butter or oleo
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cornmeal. Add to this the remaining ingredients in the order given. Beat until thoroughly blended. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 300º and bake 30 to 40 minutes until done and golden brown.
