1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1 Tbs. cooking oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix and heat until ingredients form a ball. Add a touch of food coloring if desired. You can also add a touch of flavoring if desired. ( Peppermint, Spearmint, Chocolate, Lemon, etc.)
