2 c flour
1 1/2 c chopped nuts
2 sticks melted butter

8 ozs softened cream cheese
1 c Cool Whip
1 c powdered sugar

1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Blend flour, chopped nuts and melted butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
Blend together cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled first layer.
Beat together pudding mixes and milk. Pour mixture on top of cream cheese layer.
Put Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate. Chill
