15 whole chicken wings
or 30 drumettes
1 c soy sauce
1 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c butter
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Disjoint chicken wings into pieces, discarding bony tips. Arrange wing parts in shallow baking pan. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, mustard and 3/4 cup water; heat until sugar and butter dissolve. Cool; pour over wings. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake wings, in marinade for 45 minutes, turning once and spooning marinade over chicken occasionally. Drain and serve hot or cold.
