2 c. graham flour
1-1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sorghum
1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp soda
3/4 c. raisins or chopped nuts or both

Mix all ingredients and boil in greased cans about 3 hours.
