Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 lbs. spare ribs
salt, pepper and garlic salt
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. tomato juice
3 small onions sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Separate ribs, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Roast in shallow pan in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs, cover and continue roasting 1 hr or more.
If the pork is fat, I usually pour all the grease off after the first hour then add the other ingredients. There is still plenty of fat in the meat to make good gravy.
