3 1/2 lbs shrimp
7 slices bacon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 can (2 lbs, 3 oz) Italian tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 can (10-1/2 oz) consomme
1 tsp Accent
1 1/4 tsp oregano
1 1/4 tsp sweet basil
1 TBS salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 TBS sugar
6 to 7 TBS prepared mustard
3 drops liquid hot seasoning

Cook shrimp in lg amount of boiling water. Shell and devein. Cook bacon in small pieces. Remove bacon and reserve. Saute shrimp in bacon drippings to which garlic has been added. Add onions and mushrooms and continue to saute. Add other seasonings. Cook 10 minutes.
