1 pound very thiin veal cutlets
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 sstick butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tgablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge thin cutlets in flour and salt. Saute in butter until done. Add broth and reduce liquid slightly. Add lemon juice, parsley and lemon slices. Shake pan until cutlets are covered and lemon is hot. Serve at once with rice or noodles.

You can substitute chicken breast for the veal - just be sure to pound until very thin.
