2 cups white rice
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place rice, salt and butter in a pan or casserole with tight lid. Pour boiling water in pan, stir and cover. Bake 40 minutes in 350º oven without raising lid. Fluff with fork before serving.

Good recipe for those who say they can't cook rice.
