1 pkg(1.7 oz) Instant PistachioPudding Mix
1 12 oz Coolwhip thawed
1 can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple undrained
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
(optional--1/2 cup marachino cherries, halved)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding powder and coolwhip until
pudding is well blended. Add pineapple stirring well. Add marshmallws, nuts and cherries and chill at least two hours. (Serve on lettuce as a salad, or as dessert--also good in cookie crumb crust as pie). Keeps well covered in refrigerator.
