1 1/2 c crushed saltine crackers (34)

2 c milk
4 eggs
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c minced green pepper
3 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 c minced onion
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak saltines in milk and combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Make a groove down the center and fill with additional ketchup. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and basil. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
