1 lb. thin steak, cut into thin slices
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1 small can mushrooms, drained
3 tbl. olive oil
1 tbl. Montreal steak seasoning
1 c. meat marinade - see note below
salt and pepper
white rice

Marinate the sliced steak for at least 2 hours, overnight is fine.

In a large skillet, saute the onion and green peppers in the olive oil, add the Montreal steak seasoning and salt and pepper, cook until tender.

Add the steak and the marinade to the skillet and saute until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes)

Add mushrooms and combine.

Serve over white rice, cooked according to directions.
