6-8 chicken breasts - halved
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix or large bread crumbs
swiss or mozzerella cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish. Place one slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Stir soup and water together and spoon evenly over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350º uncovered for 50-55 minutes or until chicken is thouroughly cooked.
