2 c white sugar
1 c margarine
6 large over ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar
Mash bananas and add to the margarine & sugar
Beat eggs. Add to the mixture.

Sift dry ingredients 3 X

Blend wet and dry ingredients.
DO NOT OVERMIX.

Bake at 350 degress for 36 minutes for small loaf pans and 1 hour for large loaf pans.
