1 box of Strawberry Jello (6 oz. box)
2 small packets of Knox Gelatin
1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 oz. box)
2 cups of cold liquid
2 cups of boiling water
1 can of fruit cocktail or sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello and Gelatin into large bowl.

Pour two cups of boiling water into bowl and stir until the Jello mixture is dissolved. Set aside.

Place the cream cheese into a bowl and soften using a hand mixer. Slowly Add 1/2 cup of jello mixture until creamy. Set aside.

Strain the juice from the fruit can. SAVE.
Combine water + juice to make 2 cups of cold liquid. Pour into the Jello mixture.

Add fruit to the Jello mixture.
Spray the Jello mold with Pam.
Pour the Jello mixture iinto the mold. Refrigerate until Jello is solid. Overnite is best.
