1 lb ground beef
2 lb frozen french fries
1 (29 oz.) Green chilies
or homemade green chilies
1 chopped onion
4 hamburger buns
2 tsp butter
˝ lb colby jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Make four 4–oz. Hamburger patties. Prepare fries as per instructions on the bag. Begin heating green chilies in saucepan. Butter the buns and lightly toast in the oven. Cook hamburger patties on a grill or in a skillet. Place toasted buns face up on plate, place ˝ patty on each bun half. Heap with 8oz of french fries, and some onions. Garnish the whole thing with green chilies and top with the grated cheese.
