1 medium onion diced
Dash of garlic
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
Dash of pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can diced green chilies
1 can tomato soup
1 8oz jar mild hot sauce
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
10-12 flour tortillas

Crumble and fry meat with next four ingredients drain add next 5 ingredients simmer for 10-15 minutes. Butter both sides of tortilla and layer bottom of pan with them; you will need a large pan. Add 1/2 of meat mixture and top of tortillas, layer with grated cheese repeat layering ending with cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot in the middle.
