3 eggs separated 3 bananas
1 cup sugar vanilla wafers
4 T flour
1/2 stick butter
2 1/4 cup milk
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & flour real good. Put in sauce pan, add butter, milk, salt and beaten egg yolk,Cook till bubbly and thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Layer Vanilla Wafers, Bananas and pudding. Merigue-Beat egg whites until stiff add a pinch of sugar, put on top of pudding and brown in oven.
