2 cups flour
2 cups powdered sugar
6 eggs (separated)
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon rind (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar. Add milk and well-beaten egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the mixture. Batter should be rather thin. Fry on a greased griddle like pancakes. Spread jelly on the pancakes and roll up.
