1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 - 7 oz. can Rotel tomatoes and chilies, drained
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, fry the sausage over moderate heat, breaking it up with a fork, till well cooked, then drain really well.

Preheat the oven to 350º.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel and mix till well blended. spread the mixture evenly in a glass baking dish, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, and bake till bubbly and the cheese has melted completely.

Serve the dip hot with fritos or tortilla chips.
