1 box Golden Butter Cake Recipe Mix
or (Betty Crocker Super Moist),
1/2 cup oil,
4 eggs,
1 can Mandarin oranges, chopped w/ juice,

ICING:1 small package instant vanilla pudding,
1 large carton Cool Whip,
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained good),

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and Bake at 350 degrees in three, 9- inch cake pans for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool.

For Icing: Mix pudding mix and pineapple, then add cool whip and mix. Frost. Can be frozen after icing. Set out about 30 minutes before serving.You can decorate with pineapple slices, cherries, or mandarin slices.
