1/2 lb squash, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 T butter
1 small onion chopped
1 cup milk
1 T cream
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken broth in a pan. Add squash and cook until tender (10 minutes).
Heat butter and sauté onion and add to broth.
Add milk, salt, and pepper to broth. Stir with wooden spoon until broth boils.
Pour broth in food processor (or blender) and blend until soft.
Transfer to bowl and garnish with cream and parsley on top.
Serve hot.
