3 cups white cabbage finely chopped
½ cup grated carrot
¼ cup finely chopped red pepper
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup ketchup
2 T cream
2 T lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
1 green apple (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the cabbage finely and soak in cold water with lemon juice for 1 hour.
2. Take the cabbage out and dry it with a paper towel
3. In a salad bowl mix the cabbage with the carrots and the red pepper
4. Blend mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, cream, pepper and salt
5. Pour sauce on vegetables
6. Add green apple cubed if desired
7. Serve cold
