1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg strawberry jello, 3 oz.
1/2 c water plus 1 tbls strawberry juice
1 c cooking oil
4 eggs
1/2 pkg frozen strawberries, 10 oz. thawed
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter/margarine
remaining 1/2 box strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Use large mixing bowl; add dry jello, cooking oil, eggs, and water. Mix well. Stir in berries. Bake in greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350º. If you prefer a tube pan, lengthen the cooking time. ICING: Melt butter; stir in powdered sugar and remaining strawberries. Stir until smooth. Pour over cake. Sometimes I poke holes in my cake so the icing will melt in.
