1 cup carrots
2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Croutons or French onion rings
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk

Cook vegetables for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain. Place in a greased baking dish.

Beat mayonnaise, onion and soup together with milk. Pour over vegetables.

Sprinkle grated cheese over sauce. Add croutons or French onion rings and then pour melted margarine over the top. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
