For Cake:

4 eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup Canola oil
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

For cream cheese frosting:

1 3 oz. package cream cheese - room temp
1 stick butter - room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350º

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until blended. Mix in dry ingredients until just blended. Pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

For frosting:

With a mixer combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and blend. Frost bars when cooled. Cut into bars.
