2 clove garlic
2 cucumbers seeded
3 ribs celery
2-3 tomatos
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
2-4 scallions
1T lemon juice
1/4 C wine vinegar
2T worchester sauce
dash or 2 of celery salt
1/2 bottle V-8

Rough chop first 8 ingerdients, add to food processor & puree. Add in next 5 ingredients and blend. Add V-8.
Chill 3 hours or overnite
Serve with a slice of lemon on top and good crunchy bread

You can also add hot sauce if you like it spicy.
Parsley, dill or cilantro would be optional to your taste
