1 c. flour
1 stick butter or oleo
2 Tbsp sugar
2/3 c. chopped pecan nuts
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. Cool Whip
2 1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. of your favorite ins. pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oleo, sugar and 1/3 cup of nuts and press in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 20 min. at 350 degrees. Cool.
Cream cheese and powdered sugar together; fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over crust.
Whip milk and pudding; spread over second layer.
Top layers with 2 cups cool whip and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
