Ingredients: 16 regular marshmallows 2/3 cup Creme de Menthe 1 pint whipping cream

Directions: |
Directions:Melt marshmallows in a double boiler over hot water. Add Creme de Menthe and mix with an electric mixer until completely incorporated. Cool. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold first mixture into cream. Dip into stemmed glasses and refrigerate for several hours before serving. |

Notes: Almost any liqueur may be substituted in this recipe.
